What "zero knowledge" actually means
Encryption and decryption happen only on your devices. The server stores an opaque, unreadable blob plus the salt needed to re-derive your key — nothing else.
We never see your Master Password. We never see your PIN. We never see a single password you store.
If you lose your Master Password, nobody — including us — can decrypt your vault. That's not a limitation; that's the guarantee.
